Jacqueline Bloink holds both educational degrees and credentials pertaining to healthcare information management including medical coding, billing, compliance and the prevention of healthcare fraud. MBA, RHIA, CFE, CHC, CPC/CPC-I, CMRS, FMC.
Her career responsibilities have included medical office private practice management; university medical school / residency department management in medical coding / reimbursement; hospital corporate responsibility for multiple hospital entities; large multi practice compliance leader; university curriculum designer / instructor and expert witness / consultant in the area of forensic medical coding and billing.
She is published and a national speaker.
Ms. Bloink is the owner of Jacqueline Bloink LLC, a forensic medical coding expert witness and consulting corporation and the owner of the Association of Forensic Medical Coders that offers the Forensic Medical Coder curriculum, examination and credential.
Abbi Telford - RHIT
Abbi Telford is a dedicated and skilled Medical Coder with expertise in critical access inpatient and outpatient coding, charge capture, and release of information. With extensive experience in Health Information Management, Abbi is also an EPIC Credentialed Trainer specializing in Health Information Management (HIM).
As a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), Abbi is committed to staying at the forefront of industry standards and innovations. She currently serves as the President-Elect for the Iowa Health Information Management Association (IaHIMA) and is recognized as a leader and advocate for HIM professionals, working to elevate the profession through strategic leadership and community engagement.
Ticia Selmon - RHIA, CCS, CDIP
20+ year health information and mid-revenue cycle professional, focused in professional and ambulatory coding. Has served in several coding roles throughout career, currently serving as Director, Coding Education. Has published coding articles and presented at conferences.
